You may have met her before but don’t think you know her. She changes outfits like a chameleon and is back to surprise, intrigue and delight your taste buds. She’ll lure you in with aromas of tropical fruit and citrus, and that familiar luscious mouthfeel, but let me be clear (unlike this beer) if you cross the Matriarch her acid tongue bites back. Tart isn’t a nice descriptor for a lady but she ain’t no lady.
