Is it a beer? Is it a wine? Whole bunches of Sav Blanc grapes, stems and all, dumped into a big amphora with our specially prepared wort and left to get on with it. Fermented with only the yeasts on the grape skins (and whatever�s floating around the brewery) then pressed and aged in barrels. Exactly 49% grapes to 51% wort, so technically it�s a beer, but only just. There�s loads going on in here; gooseberries, tropical fruit, green grass, and stuff like that. A classy little number, with buckets of savoir faire� get it into ya!
