Killer Sprocket Amber Ale utilizes Pale, Munich, Crystal and Chocolate malts to achieve toffee and caramel flavours with a slight level of roasting. A combination of Cascade, East Kent Goldings and Amarillo hops, provide dryness to balance the sweetness of the malt and give the beer a bitter finish.

Killer sprocket killed by gas

Been a while since I bought a killer sprocket beer after the last batch felt overly gassy. This sadly was the same, even when left to settle out the fridge for a few mins, and opened gently, the beer still foamed up straight out the can.

I've enjoyed killer sprocket beers on tap in the past, but their canned offerings just feel like they are getting 10 times too much gas added. Half these beers ended up in the sink. Flavour was alright from those I managed to actually drink, but not great.
