Mountain Goat Virtuoso Imperial Gose 375ml Can

The word ‘virtuoso’ is not often used in the brewing world... ...but how else would you describe someone who brews a gose with red gum-smoked salt and Tajín Clásico Seasoning, and then ages it in reposado tequila barrels? Our brewer Kenny drew inspiration from his time in Central America for this Rare Breed and if the man himself were a beer, this would be it. This brew is a sweet, sour and salty delight. There is a delicate earthiness from the tequila, while the combination of the Tajín seasoning and smoked salt gives the base gose an intriguing piquancy that dances across the tongue.
