A collaboration barrel-aged Saison brewed with the legends at Hong Kong's Young Master brewery. Three teas (Jasmine, Green and Oolong) were infused at the end of the boil and transferred into barrel to ferment with Saison yeast and Brettanomyces for 12 months.
