One good tug is all it takes to bring down the hop bine, and lucky for us all, Duncan managed to make it to the High Country just prior to lockdown, where he retrieved our 2020 harvest of Galaxy hops from Rostrevor. Back in Footscray on the same day, they went straight into the brew, creating a Hazy IPA with an aroma of passionfruit, citrus, and a herbal element that will take you straight to the hop farm.
