Rabbit Hole #2 is a completely unique blend of Kreiked-up, barrel-aged Belgian sour styles. We're looking at:
- A Flanders Red, aged in Grenache barrels.
- A strong Golden Ale, aged on cherries in Chardonnay barrels, and
- An Oud Bruin, also aged on cherries, in Cabernet Sauvignon barrels.
Each on their own they're lovely, they're gorgeous. But... some bright spark here decided to carefully blend these three together, and the result is... well... I try to be modest about these things, but... Look, it's CRAZY GOOD. It's just... it's... it's all I want to drink, forever. The fruit, the acid, the age, the oak(s), the funk, it's all. just. singing.
