This intricate ale is brewed with pilsner, specialty and rye malt, cascade hops and fermented with saison yeast, before ageing in oak barrels and maturing with harvested mountain pepper leaves.
Brewed with all local ingredients, this wild beer is unfiltered, unpasteurised and bottle conditioned. A rich, rounded ale with tang and farmhouse characters.
