Following the classic Bianca Mango Lassi Gose with it’s clean flavour of freshly squeezed ripe mangos we found really fragrant, flavourful tangerines that we decided to double up on before balancing the flavours with milk sugar and a dash of rock salt. Soft, velvety liquid sunshine.
