Inspired by Mexico's legendary Mole Poblano sauce, this stout is the perfect balance of rich, dark chocolate and smokey chilli. Aged in bourbon barrels with Morita, Cascabel, Pasiclla, Guajillo and Ancho chillies to give a warm finish.
