Dainton Cranny Sour Salted Cranberry Gose 355ml Can
A kettle soured brew that we left at 46 degrees celsius in the kettle overnight with some Lactobacillus to impart a gentle sourness. We then raised to boil and transferred across to our fermenting tanks and added 200kg of American cranberries to give a new level of tartness and complexity! 65% Wheat in the grist leaves a light and fluffy mouthfeel and the Pink Himalayan salt imparts a subtle sweetness to counter the lactic acid from the bacterium. A wonderfully drinkable and complex beer!
