Baked Cinnamon Apples in a Bottle

Brings back childhood memories of mums baked apples with cinnamon and honey … except with a kick. A beautifully balanced, thick, rich full bodied beer with a higher alcohol content to accompany and balance the other flavours. Would be nice to try putting down for a year or two and see how it changes.
