Hops: Magnum, East Kent Goldings Malt: Maris Otter, Crystal, Chocolate, Roasted Barley, Rolled Oats Yeast: Safale US05 Brewed 26/6/2014 Called a Milk Stout because lactose is added to the boil, which doesn’t ferment out leaving a slight residual sweetness on the pallet. Another style we really enjoyed on our beer travels. We had quite a few Milk Stouts when living in the UK but we were really impressed with a few US takes on the style. In particular, we loved Left Hand’s Milk Stout and that definitely inspired us for this beer
