Traditionally brewed using floor malted Bohemian Pilsner Malt, partnered with Perle and Spalt select hops. Rattenhund was fermented by Bluestone Yeast's Pilsen strain, before an eight week extended lagering.
Clear, refreshing with a fluffy, lip smothering head.
