Barsol Quebranta Pisco is a benchmark example of Peru’s most traditional pisco style, crafted exclusively from 100% Quebranta grapes — the country’s flagship non-aromatic varietal. Distilled in small batches in the Ica Valley, this pisco is made following strict Peruvian regulations: single distillation, no additives, no ageing in wood, and no dilution after distillation. The result is a pure, expressive spirit that showcases the true character of the grape. The aroma is clean and inviting with notes of ripe pear, apple skin, banana and subtle pastry dough, layered with hints of cocoa and warm earth. The palate is dry, round and silky. Flavours of stone fruit, citrus peel and light toffee are balanced by a gentle nuttiness and soft spice. It has weight and texture without any harshness. Smooth finish, which is warming yet persistent with a delicate almond-like note.
