reshly picked Kiwi Fruit from local growers at Whorouly on the Ovens River were used in creating this tart and refreshing sour ale.
This beer was fermented in our oak foeder with Brettanomyces before transfer to a another vessel for secondary fermentation on the fresh Kiwi Fruit.
