Our Vienna Lager is a traditional lager made with the best European malts and hops, honouring a brewing heritage that dates back to 1841 and is ideal for those springtime get-togethers with friends. Its subtle scent and light shade of pale amber combine to provide a nicely balanced beer with a hint of toasted malt. Our Head Brewer's tasting notes: "Traditionally brewed Vienna lager utilising a Hochkurz step mash and 8 weeks of lagering. Copper coloured with cream coloured foam, clean and slightly malty aroma with hints of grass. Medium bodied with gentle malt sweetness and flavour. Clean, satisfying finish.
