This style originated on the West Coast of the USA and is a favourite of the craft beer industry. Made with a mixture of grains, including seldom seen quinoa, Wreck of The Bay has been infused with African pepper “Grains of Paradise”, giving a floral and spicy finish to this beer. Triple dry-hopped offering a huge nose and pallet of citrus and ripened tropical fruits. A complex creation balanced to perfection.
