30 years after the Moinette was born, the Brasserie Dupont unveiled its first variation for the occasion!
Moinette Brune is a fragrant beer, marked by the use of special malts that give it aromas of cocoa and chocolate, all enhanced by beautiful fruity notes (yellow fruit) and sweet spices (cloves, cinnamon). On the palate, it’s complex and delicate, with a bitterness that blends in well with the mellowness of the beer.
It is excellent at cellar temperature (about 12°C).
