A mildly Peated Scotch Ale, best drunk at ambient temperatures, shows subtle smokiness under a big caramel, toffee and biscuity aroma. A full bodied beer, the palate is sweet and chewy with a chest and cheek warming alcohol, followed by a firm bitterness that leaves a residual sweetness and and lingering malt flavour.
