Future Mountain Blinking Lights Christmas Sour 2021 750ml

This year we decided to use some beautiful Rayners Orchard's blood plums, perfectly paired with our barrel aged red sour beer from our oak cellar. With the rich juiciness of the plums, we added organic figs to give it that spicy Christmas burst that then gives way to the charred, earthy under tones from the bourbon barrels.

Blinking Lights is the festive season in a bottle. A vibrant acidity, charred oak with cherry like brett tones along with the richness of the fruit.
