Silhouette is our Bourbon Barred Aged Imperial Oatmeal Stout, utilising exceptional ex-Buffalo Trace Bourbon Barrels sourced from the U.S.A. Made using rolled oats and molasses, Silhouette quietly ages in barrel for no longer than eight weeks to ensure as little tannin and overt coconut / oak character appears in the beer. Inspired by the great Bourbon Barrel Aged Stouts of America, the intention with this beer was to create an intensely decadent, oily, and textural beer, balancing with it subtle savoury notes.
