It’s a hop free boil, except for a splash of Mosaic incognito in the whirlpool. Then it’s an extra generous festive dry hop of Mosaic, Citra and Ekuanot. With massive heavy hitting hops like this it’s hard to go wrong and each can of DEC is bursting with juicy tropical goodness. There’s an instant lifted pineapple and guava hit the moment you crack the can followed by blackcurrant, white grapefruit and sweet ripe mango peel. This tropical fruit, berry and citrus aroma slips seamlessly into a palate filled with a beautifully balanced blend of sweet strawberry, mango and zesty tart lemon and grapefruit. It’s a great way to kick back and finish up the year - perfect for sipping on the warm evenings ahead, or even leaving out for Santa (if there’s any left by then).
