Out of the Woods - inspired by and infused with the New Zealand forest. A complex malt base accentuated with totara, rimu, and manuka, fermented in an open topped wooden fermenter, then barrel-aged and stepped with kawakawa. An utterly intricate blend of tart, herbal, woody flavours. Brewed in collaboration with Cigar City.
