One of the two beers that launched Holgate Brewhouse in 1999, this much-awarded English ESB is a long-standing favourite among beer enthusiasts. Expect a complex malt character, with toffee and candied citrus notes balanced by a pithy orange bitterness like English Marmalade, along with a touch of peppery spice and earthiness.
