Blast off with Hop Attacks! Red IPA. Pouring more crimson than dawn on Mars, this brew unleashes a ray gun blast of tropical stone fruit, red berry, and zesty grapefruit. A firm resinous bitterness forms a heroic shield, while chewy toffee and dark fruit save your human palate!

For this galactic Red IPA, our brewers selected some (relatively) modern US hop varieties – Cashmere, Mosaic & Strata - alongside an old classic, Chinook, which bring the punchy fruity notes. The firm bitterness has a nice resinous quality and flavourful malts bring background chewy toffee and dark fruit. The ‘Red X’ German malt does a lot of the heavy lifting - and creates a lovely red hue.
