Hop Nation 2019 Wine Series Riesling Golden Sour Ale 355ml Can

RIESLING GOLDEN SOUR  was made with grapes sourced from Jamsheed Wines, Yarra Valley, Victoria. After being added to blonde melange from our foedre, the grapes were removed and it was aged in barrel before further can-conditioning.

True to the Riesling varietal, a lime/lemon aroma can be seen in this version. Clean and crisp.

The Wine Series sees us take discarded grapes from the wine-making process, and add them to the sour blonde base from our foedre.
