La Sirene London Stout 330ml Can

Our interest in the beers of the old world is no secret. And the British Isles have long produced ales that we've loved to drink. Our London Stout takes inspiration from the dark porter and stout styles of the 18th century. A celebration of roasty, warming malt character with the subtle earthy bitterness of Noble hops.

We opted for a roastier malt profile to help warm the heart in our chilling Melbourne winter. The roasty and chocolatey malt backbone is hopped with European Noble hops for a touch of spicy, earthy character. A classic London dry stout.

Pouring deep chocolate brown - a nose opening up of roasty malt, dark chocolate and coffee with a touch of spice. The palate is dry and earthy with a lingering touch of woody bitterness.

Pair with roast beef and gravy, beer nuts, fresh oysters, mushroom ragu, blue Stilton cheese or aged Cheddar.
