La Sirene Saison Du Apricots 375ml

Old world Belgium has a long tradition of brewing wild ales with seasonally available fruit. Inspired by the Apricot Wild Ales of old world Belgium, our Saison Du Apricots is our interpretation of this iconic style of wild ale. For this brew, we also incorporated some complementary character from some beautifully fresh, red-fleshed cara oranges.

We took our classic Saison and co-fermented it on farm fresh, pitted whole apricots along with freshly juiced & zested red-fleshed cara oranges. Open-fermented in our house style using our French oak puncheon to deliver an amazingly fruit-forward Saison.

Bursting out the gate with apricots and oranges, this Saison is packed with juicy fruit flavour. Light tartness gives a refreshing balance alongside characters of white pepper and dried herbs, rounded out with a dry finish.

Pair with aged Gruyère, grilled pork tenderloin, Moroccan chicken tagine, baked salmon.
