The second iteration in a three-part collaboration with our colleagues at the renowned Starward Whisky is our Dark Star 2.0!
This second release, which has a 6.3% alcohol content, spent 12 months in newly disgorged barrels and was given more time to soak in oak barriques.
Overall, there are some lively, yeast-forward flavours with undertones of Starward whisky in the background.
