Laizhou Distillery, located in Qionglai, Chengdu, Sichuan—China’s famed “Millennia-old Liquor Town”—spans 146,000 square metres with an annual capacity of 36,000 tons of spirits, accounting for 80% of the nation’s whisky production. It is recognised as China’s largest single malt whisky distillery and one of its most innovative. Crafted from a blend of 10 first-fill sherry-style casks, this release showcases a full spectrum of sherry types, including Fino, Amontillado, Oloroso, Pedro Ximénez, Moscatel, and Palo Cortado. Sherry Harmony reflects Laizhou’s extensive exploration of Spain’s sherry heritage, resulting in a complex and harmonious whisky.
