Brewed for festive Oktoberfest cheer! A crisp and refreshing southern German style Pilsner, brewed with noble German hops and Voyager Craft Malt from the NSW Riverina. The decoction mash, long boil, sprinkling of noble Hallertau hops and lengthy maturation creates a light straw colour, with herbal and Spring grass aroma and flavours, finishing with a restrained bitterness. Prost!
