DDH Sour Mango IPA This is a 2 part beer first we made a DDH IPA and hopped heavily with Idaho 7, Citra, Ekuanot Cryo & Sabro to the total volume of the 2 combined beers, then we made a higher abv kettle sour hopped lightly and conditioned on Mango. These are then blended together. The result = Swizzle Stick - a thick hoppy Mango tart IPA.
