Farmhouse brewers in Wallonia on the Belgian - French border produce incredibly complex and yet refreshing beers that combine spicy yeast cultures, and light acidity. We took these elements of farmhouse brewing and combined them with locally grown Te Horo blackberries to create an incredibly fruity, tart and refreshing beer. We think it�s the perfect match to ripe camembert and cured meats
