Fan Favorite (2022) Our brewing technique has always been about taking chances. It's an extension of our "What if" attitude, in which we wonder what might happen if we did things differently in the brewhouse, like fermenting with a different strain of yeast or, in the case of this beer, using whole-leaf green tea imported from Japan. When we initially launched this IPA in 2011, the answer was something genuinely spectacular, delicious, and well worth producing again. But what if we tweaked things up a little? We swapped Pacifica hops from New Zealand for Helga hops from Australia this time. As a consequence, we have an IPA that is as bright, herbaceous, and bitingly hops as the one that our fans love.
