Tempest Cherry Coloured Funk Scotch Ale 750ml

A Speyside whisky-barrel aged cherry ale mixed fermentation with notes of wood, sweetness, tartness, and funk. Old Speyside whisky barrels are located in the cellar of the sonic cathedral that is home to Scotland's finest producers of beautiful, ethereal dream pop. Each cask of 90/- ale aged on a mixed culture has a unique narrative to tell. With blood-red juice spilling from our hands, we all go cherry picking in the trees behind the cathedral. Use this juice to give the little heavy a sweet/sour intensity. All of this might sound like a dream, and a mixed fermentation cherry ale that is oaky, sweet, acidic, and funky might sound like a dream brew.
