The Bothy Code stipulates that guests should break bread and share whisky over a fire. We created this imperial Scotch ale, courtesy of the Scottish Malt Whisky Society, in that spirit.
With hints of caramel, fruitcake, and the lingering hum of the finest whisky, this year's vintage is perfect in every way. Time to raise a can in honour of Scotland's untamed landscape and the craft of barrel-aging.
