Radler / Shandy

A mix of a sweet soft drink or juice -- typically lemon or ginger but sometimes apple, grapefruit, or other fruit -- and beer, often in equal parts, that is moderately sweet, thirst quenching, and low in alcohol with medium to spritzy carbonation. It is often but not necessarily sold as a Summer seasonal. Category includes such regional styles as diesel -- beer and cola, cola-weizen -- wheat beer and cola, and Russ'n.
