3 Fonteinen Framboos Oogst�is obtained by the maceration of hand-picked raspberries on young traditional lambic, for at least four months, in a ratio of one kilogram of raspberries per liter of traditional lambic. Afterwards, the fruited lambic is assembled with young lambic then bottle conditioned. The result is a distinctly fruity raspberry lambic beer, with an intense bouquet of forest fruits and complexity and depth in the glass. Natural fruit, without the addition of juices, syrups, or sugars. Unfiltered and unpasteurized.
