For this Oude Geuze, we blended lambikken originating from seven different barrels and eight different brews. The majority of these lambikken were two years old upon blending and only a minor part of jonge lambik was used. The oldest lambik was brewed in the last days of 2016. This bottle has been aging for another 16 months in our cellar prior to release.
