Schneider Weiss Tap 5 Review

Great Weissbier. The use of Hallertau for a dry hop gives a wonderful flavour and aroma. But at 8.2% ABV it is not a session beer!

Hoppy german

An interesting beer, being a true German Weiss beer hopped to the extreme. It uses hops that wouldn’t necessarily be used in a pale ale or other new world style, so along with banana type yeast notes, it is a very distinct flavour. Not for the faint hearted at around the 8% abv mark, this has to be a beer to try if you haven’t done so yet
