Future Mountain Wonders of Nature 375ml

Wonders Of Nature is the Barrel Fermented variant of our Farmhouse Ale. Our brewers used the same mixed culture as Force Of Nature (Old World Farmhouse Ale) but made some slight changes in the malt profile, giving the beer an earthy funk character along with roasted hazelnuts, pine, sweet citrus, and is quite vinous, with the oak contributing to its soft acidity and texture. This is a beer that will continue to develop in bottle over the next few years - but only if you can keep your hands off of it.
