Roger Ramjet, he’s our man, hero of our nation...Ramjet is our dedication to the magnificent bourbon barrel imperial stouts from the United States, as well as the beers that inspired it. We imported first-use Buffalo Trace and Heaven Hill barrels from the United States and filled them with our sophisticated Ramjet base. We disgorged and canned after more than a year. Roger Ramjet has a sumptuous and rich malt basis, similar to past vintages, with enough hop flavour to balance the tongue. When consumed at 10 C+, it has a rich mouthfeel that really exposes its hand. The vanilla and bourbon flavours are strong and serve to balance everything out.
