A tempting blend of a pale sour beer & cider from Ciderie du Vulcain. Prior to blending, the sour beer is fermented in oak. The cider is made from 100% juice from apples harvested ni local orchards & is fermented by native yeast found on the apple skins. This blend then spent 8 months in barrels from William Fevre Grands Vins de Chablis before bottle conditioning.
