These are beers that have been or will be aged in new Bulgarian oak barrels.
This wood has both American oak and French oak qualities, with exquisite vanilla keys coupled with spicy oak keys.
They obtain very wonderful wood / vanilla characteristics from ageing these beers in these barrels for six months.
