Deeds Maibock 440ml Can

Maibock is a beer for celebration, traditionally produced as the snow melts in the Bavarian alps, bringing mountain streams and, eventually, the blooms of spring.
We realise it's not yet spring here, but after three months of lagering, we couldn't wait any longer. Maybe we could think of it as a winter warmer!
Our maibock, which is heavier in alcohol and body but has a lighter golden colour, underwent a multistep decoction mash in an attempt to recreate the flavours found in German beers. This beer has a malty flavour with a little hop spice undertone. Best enjoyed in front of a warm fire or at a bar away from the oncoming storm. Cheers to the conclusion of the winter season!
