Lomza Miodowe Korzenne Spiced Honey Lager 500ml

Lomza Miodowe Korzenne, pronounced WOM-zha Me-oh-DOH-veh CORE-zen, is a spiced honey beer from a young brewery (browar) in Poland, it having been founded in the 1960s. I fell in love with the distinctive flavour of Polish honey in Poland and it comes through in the beer similar to New Zealand's Manuka honey. The brewer (piwowar) might suggest it be served as a dessert beer, but I prefer it as a warm weather quencher, or in a house warmed in winter. The honey is sweet, medicinal, and may fool a drinker into thinking isn't isn't real beer -- but it certainly is.
